Rates shown are for single or double occupancy per night, and do not include tax.

The rate for each additional guest is $35.00. Rates are subject to change without notice. There is a two night minimum stay for weekends and three nights for most holidays and special event weekends. Discounts are given for stays of three nights or more (excluding weekends and holidays.) A deposit of 1/2 the total of your stay is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Master Card, cash, checks and travelers checks. Balance is due upon arrival. Check-in is between 2:00-8:00 p.m. or by special arrangement. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m. You may leave your luggage with us if you would like to spend the day seeing the sights of Newport. Please reclaim all luggage between 3 and 6 p.m.

- For the convenience of our guests, irons and ironing boards are available.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- We welcome children ages 10 and up.
- Off street parking is available.
- Resident pets are segregated from guest rooms and common areas.

Cancellation Policy
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. For that reason, we adhere to a strict policy. Fourteen days prior to reserved dates we will refund the deposit less 10% of the total room charge. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the room(s). In the event we are able to rebook the room(s), a credit in the form of a Gift Certificate (Valid for one year) for the amount of the deposit, less 10% of total room charge will be issued.
